Shipping policy
Order Processing and Shipping
We typically process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday.
Order placed on Friday after 12 noon, weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within the next 1 - 2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email providing you with a tracking number and link to our delivery partner.
Estimated Delivery Time
Please note that delivery times are estimated only, actual delivery times may vary.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1~2 business day of receipt. However, we are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver. We aim to provide you with notice of any delay as soon as reasonably possible.
Standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a tracking number and link to our delivery partner. Please note that our carrier companies’ delivery policies also apply and that some orders cannot be shipped to selected areas.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order by visiting our website and entering your tracking number on the Tracking Page.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
Store Pickup
Order pickup is free and available at our store
Just follow 2 steps:
1. Order online & select pick up option
2. Pick up your order during store business hours
We always strive to ensure your order is packed as soon as possible after your order is received. You will be notified once your order has been packed so that you can book a collection time, to pick up your order at a time of your convenience.
Don’t forget to bring confirmation email with your ID to collect the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide you with a replacement if necessary.
