The Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner is the brand's best-selling daily hydrating toner that gently exfoliates and leaves skin replenished with long lasting moisture. Formulated with Deep Sea Water from the pristine environment of Korea's Ulleungdo island, which had been extracted 5,000 feet below sea level, and is extremely rich in minerals to increase blood circulation, encourage healthy skin cell rejuvenation and help maintain its optimal oil-water balance. Round Lab's patented technology, Hatching EX-07, controls excess sebum and efficiently exfoliates away unwanted impurities and dead skin cells. Directions
After cleansing, soak cotton pad with toner and gently swipe all over your face.

If using the leave-on method, soak cotton pads with toner and leave on face for 5-10 minutes.
